Shopyyexpress offers a unique pay structure based on minimum base pay and progressive pay incentives. Each month a driver is evaluated based on factors like time with the company, days on the road, safety, fleet, dispatch, and accounting performance. These evaluations can raise the pay by up to $.08 cents per mile.

We offer an on-boarding course plan with top-level teaching in every area of trucking. We also offer monthly trainings and tailor them specifically to each individual driver.
